This miniature resin high heel shoe is called Encore from the Stepping Out collection.  Designed by Raine Willits in 2002. Style number 25372.

Just The Right Shoe is a collectible line of miniature shoes that captured the hearts of many collectors worldwide. The line featured intricately designed shoes that were inspired by different eras and cultures. These vintage collectible shoes started in 1998 and continue to remain very popular today.
