This is a Disney Limited Edition Pin.
It is a a pin released in Japan at the History of Art Series in the Mickey & Pals Shops.
It is from the Society Dog Show film from 1939.
It is a 3-D  sliding pin.
It features Pluto and Fifi (as the top sliding pin) sliding away
as flames and smoke are to either side of them on the bottom pin.
On the top right of the bottom pin it says "Walt Disney's SOCIETY DOG SHOW 1939" in gold.
The original price was 880 yen.
Limited Edition of 2000.
