This bowl is handmade in Venice, Italy, by master glass makers who use the sommerso technique to create a layered effect of red and blue colors.

The bowl is shaped like a graceful bird, with a long neck and flowing comb. The bowl is perfect for holding sweets or other small items, or simply for displaying as a decorative object. The bowl measures about 21 cm in length, 9 cm in width, 20 cm in height, and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few minor signs of wear including some surface scratches near the base and on one side of the body (see pictures), however these do not detract from the look and appeal of the piece.
