I have mainly used it for cooking breakfast - bacon, sausage, and eggs (fried & omelettes). I do just lightly spray it with olive oil prior to using for only eggs, and the eggs WILL NOT STICK. It makes a perfect size omelette using 3 eggs, in my opinion. I am just trying to reclaim space, and have a couple of these.
