This is a lovely turtle pin that has a tac style back.  It measures about an inch long and is almost 3/4's inch wide.  It looks like a very expensive pin. It is signed. The silvertone is raised above the turquoise. It has maintained its brilliance since I have never cleaned it any more than wiping it off after wearing.
