Complete belt guard bobbin winder unit #32655 which includes frame #15413 (belt guard) with "Red Eye decals and automatic bobbin winder assembly #32629.   For Singer 99K-21 and 22 machines that have #15282 hand wheel (2 1/4" pulley).
