  • All items typically ship via FedEx service within 2-5 business days after we have received clear payment.
  • Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number for FedEx.
  • The tracking number will tell you the estimated day on which the item will be delivered.
  • We ship worldwide with a minimum flat charge. International buyers are responsible for any custom & duty charges.

    RETURN

  • We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the time you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home.
  • If you are unhappy with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions.
  • Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund
  • There will be 20% restocking charge on return items, if any rug is delivered defective or not as described, we will gladly offer you replacement or full refund once the item is received
