This listing is for 10 Kabocha seeds, my favorite winter squash.

Kabocha is a member of the species Cucurbita maxima.
It has a hard, knobbly-looking skin, shaped like a squat pumpkin, and has a dull-finished, deep green skin with some white stripes and an intense yellow-orange color on the inside.
Some call it the 'golden squash.'
It has an exceptional naturally sweet flavor, sweeter than butternut squash.
Rich in beta carotene, with iron, vitamin C, potassium, and smaller traces of calcium, folic acid, and minute amounts of B vitamins, some cultures revere it as an aphrodisiac.
The seeds are delicious like Huge Pumpkin Seeds.
We love the mashed flesh with dinner and we make a Hard Pumpkin/Cider with the water we boil them in.
This is an excellent survival food that stores well for months.

I've read the seeds are difficult to find.
