Chinese Baoding Cloisonne Enamel Iron Chiming Therapy Health Balls In Blue Box Pandas

Baoding Balls have been utilized for centuries as a therapeutic aid for relaxation and stress release, to relax muscles and joints, maintain suppleness and flexibility of the hands, help stimulate blood circulation, and an aid for emotional health.

These are beautifully and vibrantly painted with an enamel finish on metal hollow balls that contain chiming plates inside. They make a gentle rhythmic chiming sound when utilized correctly. The sound aids in the relaxation process.

Place them both in one hand and roll them with your thumb and fingers, continuously in either a clockwise or anticlockwise direction. Be careful where you practice using these as you are becoming familiar with them. The cloissone enamel finish is breakable, as I discovered many years ago.

The therapy balls come in a typical Chinese embroidered box which measures approximately. 4" L X 2 1/4" W X 2" H  The boxes are not in great condition, this is the way they came from the import Shop I purchased them from. The balls I believe,  are new.

The circumference of the balls is 6".
