This is an unusual vintage stylized or abstract cat brooch pin in Sterling Silver. The cat has a human like smiling face. It almost reminds me of a Devil Cat or a Witch’s Familiar. It is hallmarked on the back with 925 for Sterling Silver, but it has not been tested. It measures approximately 1 ¾ inches long and 1 ½ inches tall. It weighs .20 ounces on my postage scale, which converts to 5.67 grams.

This is a unique design and is quite dramatic. It is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. It has a wonderful darkened patina that I have not polished. Many people prefer the patina that comes with age. I will leave any polishing up to you. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

This would be a great addition to your collection of figural jewelry. This is a special piece of small wearable art for anyone fond of cats.
