No major scratches, only a few minor ones. There is a little bit of rust on the left screw. Of course, this is the red cartridge. The sticker also looks good. It's starting to peel off the top a little, and the sticker itself isn't really smooth, it has some small bumps on it. It doesn't look terrible, but it isn't that smooth finish as when it was new.
