This is the 2016 USPS issue of 20 pressure sensitive self adhesive FOREVER stamps featuring 4 delightfully different Jack-o'-lanterns designs in celebration of the coming Halloween. These jack-o'-lanterns were carved by Paul Montanari, photographed by Sally Andersen-Bruce.

These stamps are the first Halloween-themed stamps to be issued by the Untied Postal Service.

Measures 5-1/2" x 2". Double sided. Mint never hinged.
