This gorgeous ram’s face or head necklace pendant is made by Multilana, New York, which was founded in 1992 by Ilana Issacow. They create museum licensed jewelry and gifts. They design and manufacture replicas from historic artworks that highlight the beauty of past cultures. Their pieces have been distributed worldwide. The ram’s head pendant was inspired by a motif on an ornate Russian silver bowl, from the Mitava service, 1783, that was in the State Russian Museum.
The ram’s face has prominent curled horns on either side and is very dimensional and detailed. The pendant is 24k gold-plate over pewter with an 18” gold-plate chain. It measures approximately 1 inch x 1 ¼ inches and is 6/8 of an inch deep.
This necklace is in great condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There are no dents or damage. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.
