This is an adorable vintage figural Christmas Tree Ornament of “Mary and her Little Lamb”. This cute little girl is made of a hard plastic and is imprinted or stamped with “Hong Kong” on the bottom of her dress. Her dress is a turquoise blue with a yellow gold apron and an orange pocket. She has on brown shoes. She is holding a Daisy flower in one hand and the little baby lamb is standing up and leaping at her side.
She is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There are no chips or cracks and no loss of paint. I have seen several like this, but the little lamb is often missing a back leg. She measures approximately 3 ½ inches tall, 2 ¼ inches wide and1 ½ inches deep. She has a metal loop for hanging with a thin gold cord. She easily stands on her own if you don't wish to hang her from the tree.
This would be an adorable ornament for any little girl to hang on the Christmas tree. It would also be cute hanging in a baby's nursery of standing on the dresser. A wonderful figural storybook character from the Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes.
