This is an adorable tiny and delicate goldtone brooch or pin that features a mother bird in flight arriving at her nest with three tiny faux seed pearl eggs inside. There are three rhinestones that surround the nest in colors of pink, aqua blue and purple. It measures approximately 7/8 of an inch in length. This is most likely from the late 1950s to 1960s. It is not signed, but obviously of quality design.  

This brooch is in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. The gold is nice and shiny and I can't see any finish loss.

It would be perfect for any bird lover or bird watcher. Fun gift for someone in the field of Ornithology. It is tiny and lightweight and would fit beautifully on a jacket lapel or a blouse. This would be a nice accessory for a dressy evening out or casual for everyday for work.
