This is a gorgeous and showy large vintage flower brooch made from 14 molded white milk glass stones as petals and a round glass cabochon as the flower's center. All of the white stones are securely prong-set. It measures 2 inches in diameter. This belonged to my Mom and is most likely from the 1960s or earlier.

It is in nice vintage condition as you can see by the pictures. There are no missing stones, chips or cracks. There are a few spots on the gold tone metal that have a bit of tarnish (see arrows). I did not try cleaning it. There are also a few tiny imperfections, normal for milk glass and not noticeable without a magnifying glass. The pin closes securely with a rollover safety clasp, there is a slight bend in the pin, but doesn't affect the closure in anyway.

This would be a lovely addition to your collection of vintage jewelry. The white milk glass would look stunning on your favorite little black dress, perfect for spring and summer.
