The two white round cut diamonds and one round natural ruby are set in 18 karat yellow gold. The gemstones are similar in size and surrounded by gold filigree work. It is marked on the outside of the back of the band for its maker and stamped "750" for its 18k gold content.
The ring has a finger size of 7-3/4, slightly under a size 8. It measures approximately 1/4 inch from top to bottom (north to south), at the filigree and gemstone area
