More details about this item

This is a sweet boy August birthday angel figurine made in Japan for Napco (National Potteries Co. Cleveland, Ohio). It is model C 1924 and still bears its original silver foil label which dates it to 1956-1962. The piece is 4.25” high by 2.5” wide. This adorable little boy angel is carrying a watermelon in his right hand and a little basket in his left hand. He is wearing a white suit embellished with gold necktie and buttons. The figurine is in good vintage condition. There is a tiny chip on the base and there is very mild age-related crazing of the glaze in spots. His golden halo has some paint loss. Thank you for looking. Item location: B 2
