when purchasing a graphic one would expect to receive a high quality graphic without jpg artifacts etc. This graphic was horrible it took several hours to correct. If you want to cut this graphic to use on a colored back ground you should plan on several hours of work before it is usable.I would not recommend this product.

I needed a high resolution jpeg file with perfect color rendition/sharpness and that is what I received. It was very useful for reproduction in various ancillary and complimentary designs/usage.
it is exactly what I expected,I ordered 2 family crest,one was wrong I clicked on what I thought was the name but after ordering and paying for it ,I looked and gasped one letter changed the family from Torres to Torre,I immediately sent a message to the seller and in minutes they corrected my mistake ,saved what could have been a big hassle,product is beautiful and vibrant ....I will buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Quality seems good but I haven’t yet tried to print it out.
This file is just a picture, it can not be used for anything else. I thought it was going to be usable on a flag but all of the white negative spaces are still visible.
Product is user friendly and I am very pleased with the end results.
