The Artist known as Hava was born 1962 in Israel. He migrated with his family to the United States in the late 1970's bringing with him a lifetime of memories from his native Middle Eastern culture.
Once taking up residency in New York City he was able to bring these memories of the people and landscape to life through his art. Working nightly in the Jazz clubs of New York as a clarinet player he dreamed of the day his first loved art form would be highly acclaimed enough to earn him the respect of his peers and his family.
Working the spring and summer art shows of the area, his landscape and figurative art began to be noticed for its detail and beauty. A show at an East village gallery brought his art before the collectors and critics of NYC.
Moving west as the turn of the 21st century approached, Hava broadened his work to cover all the aspects his past of the middle eastern culture.
He settled in Santa Fe New Mexico with his wife and 2 young children.
To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:
Packages sent without RA #'s will be REFUSED!
A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained by sending an email to our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, the reason for return, and whether you would like a credit or exchange. If you would like an exchange please include the size to exchange for (if applicable). This RA number will be valid for only thirty (30) days from invoice date. RETURNS SENT TO US POSTMARKED 31 OR MORE DAYS AFTER INVOICE DATE, OR, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package, it will be refused. PLEASE SEND RETURNED ITEM(S) W/ RA# BACK TO ORIGINAL FACILITY ADDRESS THAT ITEM(S) WAS/WERE SHIPPED TO YOU FROM—THIS ADDRESS SHOULD BE ON ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX ITEM(S) CAME TO YOU IN (or on original packing slip or invoice).
Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault provided you contact us via email at email@example.com within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise.
Returns without exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight. WE DO NOT REFUND FREIGHT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If you are returning a product that is defective (or the incorrect item was shipped) for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.
Absolutely NO non-defective/incorrect item returns are accepted unless the merchandise is in original undamaged, unaltered cartons in original shrink-wrap (if applicable), and, in new condition. Any apparel returned with factory tags removed or with the smell of smoke will not be accepted. Credit will also not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.
All returns must include a short written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned-ie. Include this written statement on a copy of the original invoice being sent back with item.
NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice (NOT date of receipt!).
Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to your UPS office immediately; then contact us same day, so we can place a claim with UPS or USPS. Keep damaged goods and containers until advised otherwise. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back via the original shipping company (UPS or USPS) and the replacement will be sent out.
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE you, the customer, accepts the shipment from the delivery driver and signs the driver’s delivery form! If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then ecoveauction is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Refunds of any kind will only be issued to you the customer. You will be refunded in the same manner of payment with which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card. If Money Order was used, a personal check will be issued and sent via USPS mail back to you. If PayPal/Google Checkout was used, credit will be given to your PayPal/Google Checkout account, or, via PayPal/Google Checkout to your credit card account.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after making ecoveauction aware of your intent to return item for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact our office for any questions you may have. ecoveauction reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) you MUST purchase our optional shipping insurance otherwise we will not be responsible for broken or lost items.
