The book is about 8 1/4" high x 5 1/2" wide. The pages are tanned. The front & back paste down paper has split at the seam but I've used archival glue to secure it. You can still see a tiny bit of the webbing.  The binding in strong. There is a little white square where a price sticker must have been. There are some small light stain areas on the bottom of the pages and on the bottom corners (see photo).  A small tear on the top of page 27/28 near the spine was repaired with archival glue.

The colorful dust jacket has pieces missing, especially on the top and bottom of the seams, closed tears, edge wear, chipping, light soiling, light staining on the bottom of the back side and an "x" in blue ink on the spine. It is in a new archival dust jacket cover that has been provided free of charge.

Despite the wear from old age, I think it has really neat dust jacket art work and a nice story.
