Description:  

 

Full cover with postmark on front from the discontinued-defunct Post Office (DPO) of Eagleville, CT (Tolland County) (existed 1850-1968). Grill cancellation. Post Office in existence for 118 years. Postmarked on February 8th. Letter sent to Miss Annie H. Freemont (in the Mt. Holyoke Sem.) in South Hadley, MA. In fine condition, no major flaws. Will be sent in plastic protective sleeve.
