More about this item
This is a beautiful reproduction of Arthur J. Esley's 1908 "Golden Hours". The picture itself is in excellent condition. It features three girls by a white pony, another girl riding the pony, and a boy next to a collie. The picture has the artist's signature and date in the bottom left corner, although this may also be a copy.
The frame measures 17.5 x 21.5 inches (aapox.) and is made from wood with a gold paint. There is slight damage to the upper right top part of the frame. The gold and slight amount of wood missing, but does not deter from the beauty of this piece. It would not be visable being hung, or at the very most, be barely visable. There are also small indents around the frame. The backing is old style paper, which has only one small hole near the top. It has a holder for wall hanging. The glass is in perfect condition.
I am uncertain to the exact date and maker of this print. Research has shown me this print to be an excellent buy for the price.
