Size small measurements: bust: 36 inches waist: 36 inches hips: 40 inches length from top shoulder to hem:34 inches sleeve from top seam to wrist: 21.5 inches remember; for a coat you need to allow at least 2 inches for clothing and loose fit! Also, sleeves on these style coats were a bit shorter than normal-arms were not shorter--just the fashion--however there is a 2 inch allowance in the sleeve hem if you need longer.I am size 4 and it fits me quite well.
