1966 GILLETTE LADY BLUE STAR SUPER SPEED VINTAGE RAZOR W/ CASE AND INSTRUCTIONS
1966 GILLETTE LADY BLUE STAR SUPER SPEED. The date code is L3. It is MINT condition. It has no
plating loss or dullness and the blue stars and handle are fully blue. This razor has the blue
stars and handle and is marked with an L-3 date code, which is the 3rd quarter, 1966. This is a
great set for a collector or daily use. It comes in it's original case, and includes an original
blade pack that came with the kit. The razor and case have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
and are in MINT condition.
Please examine the pictures closely as they best show the condition of the item. This line of
razors was manufactured from 1963-73. This 1966 razor has a date code of L3 which makes one of
the earliest models. These razors have nickle plated heads, a textured handle with stars on the
neck and a bulb knob at the end of the handle. The Lady Gillettes were TTO, DE safety razors and
this one works perfectly. This is an extremely clean razor as is the box, the blue on the handle
is as bright as any I've ever seen. This is a fantastic 46 year old razor that is still
completely functional.
