Back of decanter reads:  "In 1950, the country seat of Sierra County, New Mexico, changed its name to Truth or Consequences in honor of Ralph Edwards famous radio and TV show.  25 years later, T. or C. is still on TV with bob Barber, as M.C."

Bottom of decanter is embossed:   "Copyright Creation of James B. Beam Distilling Co. KY DEB 230 Genuine Regal China 1974 C. Miller Regal China Corporation 145 Liquor Bottle"
