• Unless the item is grossly misrepresented or I do not describe any obvious, serious defect, I will not accept returns. Please be aware that even the same photo will present color variation on different monitors.
• Some of my items have problems of tags, such as marked, teared, cut, misplaced, or even missing in some cases. I explain the condition of the tags in every listing. If you are not comfortable with this, you should not bid.
• Please understand that we can not guarantee "wrinkle free" condition for the items upon delivery. (Is there any seller or retailer can?) Especially for large items such as winter coats, we mainly use USPS priority boxes for such shipments. Some work of ironing might be necessary.
• Sizings vary between different styles and brands of clothing. Your normal size of one particular style or manufactuer might be off for other types of clothings. Please do consider the measurements provided and ask questions before you bid. Comparing the measurements with similar items in your cloest is helpful!
• Please do not just leave negative feedback without communication. I do my best to present my items but I am only human and might overlook problems. Please do communicate with me about your concerns. Your emails will be responded in timely manner.
