Sara Jewelry Design.  This 42mm glass donut focal is principally blue in color with lots of silver foiling and daubs of copper in the surface glass.  I hung this from a length of braided mocha colored suede that is finished with silver plated findings and a three inch extender chain so you can adjust the fit from 24 to about 27 inches.  Great unisex appeal.
