Olive Oil Glycerine Melt and Pour Soap Base (20% kosher grade A extra virgin olive oil) Olive oil is known to create a soap that moisturizes the skin and has a great lather. This is a bit softer than the other melt and pour bases, but is a great base to use when you want to show off your herbs and additives because it is fairly clear. You will notice an olive smell and it may darken over time. It will also will take longer to solidify. Be sure if you haven't used an olive oil melt and pour that you try it to make sure this is the right base for your soap needs!
