When you buy multiple items, we allow combine shipping with a postage discount!! We will take the 1st highest postage item, and the rest of the items will have 50% postage off.

Items will be shipped within 2 working days from Malaysia.

Below is the Estimation Delivery Time

Singapore, Hong Kong : 4 to 10 working days

United Kingdom, Ireland : 7 to 10 working days

Italy, France, Spain, Greece & Europe : 10 to 20 working days

United States, Canada, South America : 8 to 16 working days

Australia, New Zealand: 5 to 12 working days

The above is only estimation and it serves as a guideline. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances at the customs or during the carrier routing.

Return and Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, or you are just unhappy with your orders, we offer a refund to you. However, the refund is strictly on the cost of the items only. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.    

We accept returns within 14 days after the item is delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in the perfect condition.

Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

No refunds will be offered for orders past 30 days.
