The neck, wrists and bottom have lace ruffles, the waist has a wide satin tie,the entire dress has a chiffon overlay over most likey polyester. The size tag is a 10, but is closer to an 8, or 6. The is no stretch to the fabric so please ensure you fall within the measurements.
