This lovely 70's evening gown from Tefft's Miami in cobalt blue velvet and cream lace with a cream ribbon at the empire waist in back reminds of a princess or queen's gown. I actually thought this was a 50s dress at first, but located the ILGWU tag that dated it in the 70s. Lace at the v-neck in front and back and at the cuffs. Metal zipper in back. The is a small tear at the bottom front near the hem (pictured) about 1/4 of an inch long that does not go through the full lining. Measure just above the natural waist too, for proper fit.
