What an exciting statement this vintage ensemble from Watters and Watters makes! The blouse has exaggerated white wrap shoulders and a cool faux pearl closure at the waist. The skirt is blue and has a secret elastic waist in back. Skirt zips in back. 33% acetate/67% rayon for the shell and 100% acetate for the liner. Dry clean only. Size tag is an 8 and we'll stick with that size. Please check the measurements to ensure proper fit. Size tag is an 8, but is closer to a today's 4-6.
