I was almost certain this was DeLizza and Elster but had it looked at by a Jewelry expert and also appraised. (See appraisal after definition) This is a large beauty with Emerald Green and Blue stones on Silver Tone. All prong set stones and long danglers. The Brooch measures 3 inches long at the longest point and is 2 1/2 inches wide. There is no damage, no missing or loose stones and no discoloration. A remarkable piece of 60 year old jewelry!
 
This Brooch was made by Delizza and Elster in the 1950's and is quite a difficult piece to find if not rare! I have seen 100's of pieces by D&E over the years and have never seen this one.
