International Shipping
We ship worldwide to all countries.
All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. No Exceptions. Buyers are responsible for all local customs fees in thier respective countries.
Domestic Shipping
We ship with UPS & USPS. Smaller packages tend to go USPS Priority mail and larger packages UPS Ground. On some items we offer both options. Signature generally required on packages $100 or more in value.
HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, and Military address may have additional shipping charges or ship via a different carrier than advertised. Contact us first to get a shipping quote to these locations. We reserve the right to hold your shipment until additional shipping charges are payed.

All returns require a RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning item.
To assist in keeping our prices low, please help us by minimizing returns. Be sure to double check your order to ensure it is correct before you hit "Buy" button. Please read the auction from top to bottom.
If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. All items must be returned in New and unused condition in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping damages that occur during return of item(s). If an item is returned damaged your refund may incur a restocking fee so please package properly.
If your item arrives damaged please ask the delivery driver to wait while you inspect the package contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Next email us and we'll start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don't notice the damage until the carrier is gone send us an email.
If your item does not fit due to a manufacturer defect please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement ASAP. If a replacement is not available we will offer a complete refund. Picture evidence must be provided of the fitting issue in order to be completely refunded including original shipping cost. Pictures also assist us when contacting the manufacturer about the problem.
