Kenworth trucks were made in Seattle, Washington, after 1923. The company was founded as Gerlinger in 1915, then known as Gersix Truck from 1917-1923 before becoming Kenworth in 1923. the 2-ton "M" and 3-ton "KS" trucks available in 1925 had 4-cylinder Buda engines, Stromberg carburetors, Bosch ignitions and 2-wheel mechanical brakes. A wide variety of retailers depended on the Kenworth to take good directly to their customers' homes.
