Play Time Glass Tea set, made by Akro Agate Company of Clarksburg, WV in the 1930's. 

This set is Model Number 2000 Topaz Stippled or  beaded edge glass.
In the original box with place taped and a water stain inside, and slightly crushed. section of the cardboard . 
It weighs 2 pounds, 4 shipping pounds.
The box dimensions are 10.5L  x  10.5W  x 3H inches and is red, yellow , green, blue and white with a photographic picture of a little girl serving tea to two children. 
The 16 piece set consists of: 4 Amber or Topaz  sandwich plates, 3.25W;   4 Topaz saucers, 2.75W;   1 Teapot and lid, 3 x 2.5;  
4 handled tea cups, 1.5 x 2; and a sugar and creamer.
The sugar should have a lid, this set does not.
All glass items are perfect, absolutely no flaws. 

All items I list are in stock and readily available, ship out on same day or 24 hrs.

Returns: I will take returns if you call within three days of receiving the item and we mutually agree on the problem.
