This auction is for a ”VINTAGE HUTCH, GRANDFATHER CLOCK, WALL PHONE WITH CORD, CHAIR & A RADIATOR HEATER”. These are brand new, never used. Some are made by Lee Wards, Concord and not sure about the others.

The measurements are as follows:

*Hutch: 6 1/4” tall x 1 5/8” deep x 3” wide (the drawer opens as do the front doors with the glass in them.

*Grandfather Clock: 4 3/4” tall x 3/4" deep x 1 1/4” wide (door opens)

*Chair with red seat: 3 1/8” tall x 1 1/2" deep x 1” wide

*Phone: 2 “ tall x 1/2" deep x 1 “ wide

This is a great little set of furniture all in great condition. These are all from a collection of my aunt’s estate. She saved doll house furniture for many years. I hope that someone can enjoy these items as much as she did. This set would make a great gift or a collector’s item!

Postage will be USPS Priority Mail ~ $4.80 No shipping an handling charges will be added. Insurance will be $1.70 if you chose to add it to the total. We are not responsible for any items once they leave here. We all know that USPS shipping has gone up and we have no control over that. I do not try to make money off of shipping, the shipping charges I give are the actual amount. We also do combined shipping, so if you see another item you are interested in, we will be happy to combine the shipping and handling charges. Others item(s) must be purchased on the same day to get the combined shipping, as I ship everyday that the post office is open, or you can let me know ahead of time of another item you wish to purchase.
