This is a set of 3 large antique medicine bottles, all circa late 1890's/ early 1900's. All are clear glass with 1 having a very slight amythest pearlized hue. All 3 are embossed with the names of their original contents.
*Please be aware bottles may have contained toxic chemicals and/or poison at some point and in fact may still have residue. They are not safe for anything intended for consumption*
Bottle 1- "Cod Liver Oil Emulsion With Hypophosphites". (see photo 3/ clear bottle with rounded shoulders on the left in photos 1, 2, & 6). The bottom is stamped with "C.W.S.". There is no cork or bottle top. There is a small amount of dust/whitish powdery residue within the bottle. There is also a very small amount of dark brown residue which shows up way more prominently than it is in photo #3. 6 1/2" tall. The bottle is in very good condition- no cracks or chips. There are a few air bubbles within the glass as well
Bottle 2- "Records & Goldsborough 120 Light St. Baltimore, MD." (see photo 4/ rectangular bottle shown center in photos 1, 2, & 6). There is an "F" stamped on the underside. This bottle has a very slight purplish/peralized hue. There is a small amount of powdery residue within the bottle. There is no cork or bottle top. 6 1/4" tall. The bottle is in very good condition- no chips or cracks. There are a few air bubbles within the glass as well as some denting to the neck which occured during manufacturing.
Bottle 3- "Dr. Hair's Asthma Cure London England" (see photo 5/ clear bottle shown last in photos 1, 2 & 6). "B568 C 1 UGB" is embossed on the bottom. There is some whitish residue within the bottle. 6 1/4" tall. There is no cork or bottle top. The bottle is in very good condition- no cracks or chips. There is a rough area on the back at the bottom. There is a very small old paper sticker which is most likely not original.
