Cute tin wash tub with hand cranked wringer.  It does turn and the little rollers turn however it has set so long there is a flat spot on the rollers..like it matters..I am certain this will be used just as I have used it for the past 20 years....up on a shelf in my laundry room with about 10 other little washing machines, tin tubs with rub boards, and not used.  Makes a great photo prop or just adds to your vintage display.
