Made by the Tuthill and Avery Foundry of Barton, MD in 1889 is this antique, Jeffery's patented hotcakes griddle of solid cast iron.
Weighs 19 pounds; 15 shipping pounds.
Dimensions are 22 x 12 x 2.5 inches including handles.
Has 2 end handles and a handle for flipping the 1st poured section of four 4.5 inch pancakes over to cook the flip side.
The 2.5 inch height under the griddle is for evening the captured heat from the cook stove top.
The two hinges are also iron casted.
