I want to tell you a little bit about me and TLG Creations; first I want you to know that TLG Creations has been a legitimate business since 1997. I was always interested in hand crafts and such ever since I can remember. From since I was a child to adult I had been interested in art, architecture and home decor.
I have to admit I don't make everything I sell, it is obvious, such home decor items. I do offer my personalized services in the form of custom designing floral pieces and ordering. If you don't find something here on eBay or my website just email me. More chances than not are I am able to meet your needs. The offer is limited to the industry my business is.

Most large items are shipped via UPS ground with insurance included up to $100.00 against loss or damage. Tracking info is emailed to you as an extra bonus so you know when it is scheduled to arrive. Smaller items may ship via USPS priority depending upon weight.
TLG Creations accepts Paypal and major credit cards as forms of payments. Paypal is preferred because it's most integrated with eBay. However, major credit cards can be accepted by phone or mail. If you prefer the latter you may be redirected to a secure location with a simple click to process payment or you may set up a phone call.
Shipping is usually UPS ground for large items and USPS priority for smaller items, which ever is less. We do ship to APO addresses and international via USPS priority or USPS priority international only and there is extra charges. Shipping costs for shipments to APO addresses and International shipping is not included in any free shipping offers.
Time line of shipping is usually next business day. Same day shipping if ordered Mon-Fri prior to 12:00pm (noon) central time. After 12:00pm Central time ship time will be next business day.
Transit time varies depending upon receiver location. UPS ground is usually 3-7 days. USPS priority mail is usually 2-3 days domestic.
Insurance is included in the cost if shipped via UPS ground up to $100.00. Insurance is included in the price of the item for USPS priority and International shipping only I it deemed necessary. Insurance may be required depending upon product contents.
For custom ordering policy. Advance payment is required after agreement of price and materials used for the custom order. Payment is accepted either by Paypal or phone order. Once payment has been received the creation process will begin. Once custom piece(s) are completed photos of the finished piece(s) will email to the buyer for prior approval before shipping. Once approved the order will be shipped and tracking information will emailed.
