This is a lovely pair of Pacific Northwest Indian Haida pewter earrings. In the Haidi legends the Raven is the "Trickster" and according to legend they are responsible for discovering mankind and bringing light and order to the world. The earrings have a lovely silver color to them with the dark accents that highlight the image on the earrings. They are not signed. They hang down 1 ½ inches including the french wire dangle. The actual pewter piece is approximately 1 inch by ¾ of an inch. The earrings are most likely Haida or Tlingit in origin, I have seen a similar pendant/necklace.

They are in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. They are very lightweight and you barely know they are on the ears.

These would be perfect with that little black dress or with your favorite pair of jeans. Tribal and Ethnic jewelry is so popular right now and these will make a great accessory for any outfit.
