RETURNS - From time to time we make mistakes, me, the manufacturer, the postman. Unfortunately, we are only human. If you are not happy with the item for any reason, please send me a message within 7 days of receipt. Usually it is required that the item be posted back to me. If the item is faulty, postal expenses will be reimbursed. I will either exchange the item or refund it.
In the event that the postman has an off day and doesn't like your address, please contact me for a replacement or refund.
