BOK HAUTE COUTURE Black Leopard Santana Knit Dress 10-12

This gorgeous designer dress is made from SANTANA knit, for BOK HOUTE COUTURE. Santana knit is most often identified with the famous ST JOHN knits designed by Marie Gray. I own lots of St. Johns and have sold a number of them. I was astounded when I saw that this label wasn’t theirs. My internet research didn’t help either. I found no references to BOK HAUTE COUTURE. My guess is that it is a European manufacturer, not generally sold in the US. I am offering three dresses of this brand, all found at the same Upper East Side New York consignment house. This dress is black with brown and black and white and black animal print designed pieces on the front with brass brads surrounding their triangles. The workmanship is first rate, again, very like St. John. The zippers are hand stitched. While the dress has been previously very gently used it remains in excellent condition. There is no size tag so please review the measurements below to assure a proper fit. The size above is my best guesstimate.  It is from a non-smoking household. You are going to love this dress.

·         Chest, from armpit to armpit doubled:  37”, un-stretched

·         Hip: 39”

·         Sleeve, from center of back of neck, over shoulder, to cuff: 30”

·         Sleeve from joining with shoulder:  21”

·         Length, from bottom of collar to bottom hem: 40;5”

·         Across back at shoulder: 15.5”
