Shipping for my lamp collections:
I ship with UPS and sometimes upgrade to FedEx all for free, so no worries I will provide you with tracking number once the lamp is shipped. Due to shipping with carriers like UPS and FedEx, I regret that I cannot ship to PO BOXES, and since these lamps are in boxes that quiet large I find it hard to imagine that someone actually even want to have them shipped to a PO BOX!
In addition, I will have to impose a 30% restocking fee for refused shipment.
RETURNS for these items:
All damages/shortages must be contact within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging require for all returns. Shipment refused or returned is subject to 30% restocking fee plus freights. Please contact us for all return requests while no RMA is needed!
