Nice vintage Betty Crocker "Red Pie Cover" Cookbook, copyright 1969 and printed in 1974 (23rd printing). This is the 5 ring binder version and is in excellent, gently used vintage condition. No staining and only minor age discoloration. Binding is tight. No writing or marks inside. Complete and includes all pages. All pages in good condition (last page upper holes have come away from binder but could easily be reinforced). All tabs are in good condition with some creases but no tears.

This is a great cookbook and highly prized and sought after by collectors (for good reason). Lots of great pictures and step by step instructions and helps.  Buy it for your favorite cook, chef, gourmand, cookbook collector...or for your vintage kitchen!  Great mid century pictures!
