BIG VINTAGE MEXICO SILVER BUNCH OF GRAPES BROOCH

DESCRIPTION

This is a big, bold, older example of the classic Mexican "bunch of grapes" pin rendered in sterling silver. There is a small leaf with detailed veining to either side of the grapes and a stem at the top.

 

The pin measures 2-7/8 inches high by 2-1/4 inches wide, and 1 inch deep. Each grape measures about 1-2 inch in diameter. The pin is in excellent condition with just a small ding to the center grape, some discoloration, and a bent pinback. There is an open C clasp. The pin has a lovely vintage patina. It is marked Made in Mexico and guaranteed to be sterling.
