Payment Methods:
After you have won ansale we will notify you by e-mail. Please pay within 5 days of receipt of this notification.

We accept the following:

Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped Free, fully insured, via UPS Ground Service or by Registered Mail via USPS. All orders valued at over $3000 would be shipped FREE by Second Day Air. We process all orders within 2-4 business days after receiving payment. Customized orders can take up to 14 days. Once your item has shipped we will notify you and will send you the tracking number. We will ship to APOs but we would require you to provide us with any necessary id information we might want. If you need us to ship by a faster service please notify us. Hawii and Alaska please email me for charges.

International Orders:
If you are an international customer please contact us before placing a bid. We will let you know if we ship to your country and what the shipping cost would be. We do not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa and the Middle East. All duties and customs charges are the buyers responsibility.

Sales Tax:
All New Jersey State residents are required to pay the applicable sales tax.

Returns:
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we sell. We offer a 5 day no questions asked money back policy. If for some reason you decide you do not want to keep an item we require you to notify us within 3 days. We will then send you an RA#. You would be required to mail the merchandise back within 5 days of the receipt of the item. We cannot take back merchandise that has been resized or altered or worn. Merchandise will have to be returned in the same condition and with all the certificates or appraisals that were sent with it. Custom orders cannot be returned. We will replace any item that is defective. All items must be mailed back fully insured. Blue Ice Di! amonds will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged when they are shipped back to us.

Customer Service:
Our customer is our most important asset. We will try our utmost to provide the best in service. If for some reason we make a mistake or you are unhappy with our service please let us know and we will do whatever is needed to fix the problem. We will provide you with very personalized service.

Custom Orders:
Most of our diamond jewelry can be custom ordered with higher grade diamonds. These orders would, of course, cost more and cannot be returned. Please e-mail us if you have any special requirements.
