Free shipping within USA. All our items are very carefully selected pieces. Each one is inspected individually to ensure high quality before shipping out to our customers. Since our handbags travel a long way from production till they reach you, they are flattened out to keep them safe.

We ship out within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Our shipments reach customers anywhere in USA within 1-5 business days, Canada in 6-12 business days, Australia and New Zealand, Europe and UK in 6-14 business days. Any other country - 7-15 business days by First Class Mail. First Class Mail International, although cheaper takes longer internationally and is not fully trackable. If you choose Priority Mail, the delivery time will be a lot faster and is fully trackable. 

Although we ship to all countries in the world, if you are looking to ship to a country which is not showing up in our list of countries, please feel free to contact us for shipping rates.

Return Policy

For any returns or exchanges please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns are only accepted if there was seller error or the item arrived damaged. Colors vary due to monitor settings. Buyer is responsible for return shipment cost. It is the buyer's discretion which type of postal service you use to return the package and it will not be the seller's responsibility in any case. All items should be returned in their original plastic packaging. Refunds are made only after item is received and inspected for any use or damage.
